Thirty years of problem solving under the tightest schedules has prepared Karl to quickly assess challenges with focus and commitment to success. Karl’s career began as an aircraft electronics technician/troubleshooter in the US Navy. Keeping aircraft war ready in dangerous environments prepared him for handling stress and getting things done fast. Twenty years in the debt collection industry taught him to communicate and negotiate tactfully in the most difficult and emotional situations involving employees, customers clients, business owners and the legal system. Karl is fascinated by technology and its ability to positively enhance our lives. He is equally adept at working alone or collaborating to solve problems. When he accepts a challenge personally or professionally he simply will not give up until an acceptable outcome is achieved. Karl believes everyone has a place in this world and that everyone deserves the SAME kindness and respect.
